Casual Spaces
For businesses not needing a permanent desk, the Casual option may suit. This allows access to level 10 during business hours (9am-5.30pm), plus the use of meeting rooms/boardroom, casual desk area and internet. Month-by-month leasing also means that you have the flexibility to change as your business grows. The packages available are:
20 Hour Package – $80+GST/week
This allows 20 hours of hot desk access and 1 hour of meeting room or board room hire per week.
40 Hour Package – $110+GST/week
This allows 40 hours of hot desk access and 2 hour of meeting room or board room hire per week.
Other inclusions with the Casual Package:
- Industrial strength business grade fibre internet. Unlimited.
- Use of our address to use as your own.
- All out-goings including renewable electricity.
- General reception and IT support.
- Free access to meeting rooms and boardroom.
- Free coffee, tea, fruit and chocolates!
- Social events such as monthly Friday drinks, speed greeting pizza lunches and much more.
- Mad Christmas Party.
- Entrepreneurial presentations such as investor pitches etc.
- Discounted Telephony.
- This also includes use of our fax number for incoming faxes which are emailed straight to you!
All Cluster services require one months security deposit which is refundable.
Super Casual
If you don’t need to be in the office as much as 20hrs, you can always pay-as-you-go! Hot desking only costs $7/hr+GST, $40/day+GST or $180/wk+GST!
