Permanent Space
For entrepreneurs and freelancers wanting their own permanent space, there is a choice between renting desks in the open plan space or renting a private office. Office prices vary depending on size, whereas desk prices are:
150x70cm desk – $140/wk +GST
180x90cm desk – $150/wk +GST
Window Desks + $10/wk +GST
All permanent desks come with chair and lockable filing cabinet, plus free use of meeting rooms/boardroom. Permanent desk rentals come with a 3 month minimum lease term, and then switch to month-by-month leasing thereafter. Private offices are leased on a 12 month lease. Other services included are:
- Industrial strength business grade fibre internet. Unlimited.
- Use of our address to call your own.
- All out-goings including renewable electricity.
- General reception and IT support.
- Free access to meeting rooms and boardroom.
- Free coffee, tea, fruit and chocolates!
- Social events such as monthly Friday drinks, speed greeting pizza lunches and much more.
- Hilarious Christmas Party.
- Entrepreneurial presentations such as investment seminars from Angels or VCs etc.

- This also includes use of our fax number for incoming faxes which are emailed straight to you!

Viewings of The Cluster is essential for all permanent tenants. We need to meet you as much as you need to meet us. It is important to ensure that our environment suits your business!
Our open plan space is perfect for most businesses, however call-center and high volume sales callers unfortunately do not suit the open-plan shared space. Our private office may be more suitable.
At certain times of the year, we may have waiting lists for permanent space. Don’t worry though, as the casual package is perfect for those waiting and also gives the opportunity to sample our space and service!
